BROCCOLI WITH WATER CHESTNUTS 
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, smashed
2 lbs. broccoli, cut into pieces
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. toasted nuts for garnish (opt.)

Heat oil hot; smash garlic and heat until they give off aroma. Remove cloves. Add vegetables and cook over high heat until crisp tender. Add water chestnuts, soy sauce and salt and pepper. Stir fry 1 minute to heat. Add nuts and serve.
