BAKED BEAN PORK CHOPS 
4 thin pork chops
1 (24 oz.) can baked beans (your favorite)
1 onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
prepared yellow mustard
ketchup (Hunts)
brown sugar

Lightly brown pork chops and place on top of the baked beans in a small glass casserole dish. Sprinkle a little brown sugar on top of each chop then an equal amount of mustard and ketchup on top of chops. Top these with an onion slice and lemon on top of onion.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
