STIR FRY CELERY, BROCCOLI AND
WATER CHESTNUTS
 
1. Slice 5 stalks celery on diagonal
2. Slice broccoli (one bunch) on diagonal
3. Slice one small can water chestnuts on diagonal (rinse under cold water first)
4. One onion, halved and sliced
5. One clove garlic, slivered
6. 2-3 slices fresh ginger, slivered
7. Olive oil to stir fry
8. Soy sauce

Stir fry onions, garlic and ginger in olive oil. Add broccoli, celery and water chestnuts. Stir fry quickly, add soy sauce to taste and serve.
