SHRIMP AND BROCCOLI STIR-FRY 
1 lb. deveined tiger shrimp
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1/2 lb. whole grain brown rice (uncooked)
1/2 lb. bean sprouts
1 med. Spanish onion
2-4 cloves garlic
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
Olive oil
Old Bay seasoning

Bring whole grain rice to a boil for 3-4 minutes. Let simmer for 30-40 minutes on low heat. About 10 minutes before rice is cooked, begin to saute fresh broccoli.

In separate pan saute onions, then garlic. Once caramelized, add to broccoli. Saute shrimp in olive oil until pink and tender, adding Old Bay seasoning to taste. Lightly saute bean sprouts with shrimp.
