TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. box powdered sugar, sifted

In pan, heat to boiling butter, water and cocoa. In large bowl, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add to cooked mixture. Beat buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Add to other mixture. Mix. Pour into greased jelly roll pan (12x18 inch). Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
