2 2/3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, divided
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
2 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla, divided
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. sifted confectioners sugar

Mix flour and sugar together. Bring 1/2 cup butter, oil and water to a boil and pour over flour mixture; beat thoroughly. Beat in eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla, cinnamon, soda and buttermilk. Pour in greased 17 x 11 inch pan; bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Cream together 1/2 cup butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and cream cheese. Blend in confectioners sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Spread over warm cake.
