TEXAS CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of cinnamon

In a large bowl combine sugar, flour and salt; set aside. In a small saucepan, bring to a boil the butter, water and cocoa. Remove from heat. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Add sour cream, eggs, soda and cinnamon and blend well. Pour into a greased and lightly floured 10 1/2" x 15 1/2" jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool and frost.
