GOULASH 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. macaroni
1/4 c. onion
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt in macaroni water
1/2 tsp. salt in meat
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can water

Cook macaroni in boiling water that 2 teaspoons salt has been added to. Cook 9 minutes. Remove from heat and drain.

Brown meat and onions in a skillet on medium heat until brown. Add cooked macaroni and tomato sauce to meat. Add 1 tomato sauce can of water. Simmer on medium heat about 20 minutes with lid on. Stir once or twice during cooking. Make sure you don't need more water. This makes a juicy dish. 6 servings.
