GOLDEN MEATBALL BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Mix all of the above ingredients together and shape into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Put aside.

Then mix all of the following ingredients together:

1/2 lb. grated or diced cheese (Velveeta is best)
2 c. cooked rice
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. salt

Put rice mixture in baking dish and place meatballs all around. Bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
