BAKED MEATBALLS STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
2 slices bread, torn into pieces
1/2 c. milk
Dash of garlic powder

Mix ground beef, egg, 2 tablespoons sour cream, 1 1/2 teaspoons onion, salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and bread in bowl. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Combine remaining sour cream, pepper and onion with milk and garlic powder in bowl, mixing well. Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake for 10 minutes longer. Yields 4 servings.
