PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BARS 
Combine 1 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and 3/4 teaspoon baking powder. Cut in 1/2 cup butter. Add 1 beaten egg. Combine until smooth. Pat 1/2 of the dough into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan.

Spread with 3/4 cup grape jelly. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Reese's peanut butter chips. Crumble the remaining half of the dough over the filling and chips. Then sprinkle with additional peanut butter chips.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.

I make these whenever I need a dessert! Though I do substitute strawberry jam or preserves instead of jelly when I make them. They are so sweet and perfect for bite sized desserts when cooled!
