1 (16 oz.) pkg granola cereal
2/3 c. corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter
6 oz. (1 c.) peanut butter morsels
6 oz. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Place cereal in a large bowl; set aside. In heavy gauge saucepan, combine corn syrup and butter. Bring to a full rolling boil over moderate heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter morsels; stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over cereal and mix well. Press into a foil-lined 13 x 9 inch pan. Melt over hot (not boiling) water, chocolate morsels; stir until smooth. Spread evenly on top. Chill until set (about 10 minutes).
