POT ROAST IN GOLDEN MUSHROOM SOUP | |
2-3 lbs. pot roast 2 onions, peeled and quartered 1 lb. carrots, peeled and quartered 1 pkg. onion soup mix 3 cans golden mushroom soup 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. water Oven temperature at 350 degrees. Place pot roast in large roaster pan, arrange onions and carrots around roast, open package of onion soup mix on top of meat, then over with golden mushroom soup, add 1/4 cup of water and top off with Worcestershire sauce. Cover roaster with foil, cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
