CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 can biscuits
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese, sliced

Combine beef and onion in skillet; cook until meat is lightly brown. Drain. Add salt and pepper. Stir in catsup, tomato sauce, and brown sugar. Heat thoroughly. Pour into an 8 inch square or 1 1/2 quart casserole. Layer cheese on meat. Top with biscuits. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
