1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. can coconut
1 stick butter, melted
1 box confectioners' sugar

Spread pecans and coconut in bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Mix the cake mix according to directions on package and pour over nuts and coconut. Mix cream cheese and confectioners' sugar with melted butter. Pour over cake mix and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
