STEAK WITH CITRUS MARINADE 
Prep Time: 5 Minutes; Refrigerate: 30 Minutes; Cook Time: 16 Minutes.

1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1 tsp. coarse garlic powder or 4 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. soy sauce juice of 1/2 fresh lime (about 2 tbsp.)
2 tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
1 1/2 lb boneless ribeye steak

In a small bowl, combine orange juice, oregano, garlic, cumin, soy sauce, lime juice and oil. Place steak in a plastic zipper bag. Add marinade; shake or turn to coat. Refrigerate in bag for 30-60 minutes.

Remove steak from marinade and grill on medium-high for 6 to 8 minutes per side until meat thermometer in center registers 145°F. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

Makes 6 servings.
