GERMAN CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
SQUARES
 
1 pkg. Fleischman's dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 - 2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Put yeast and water and mix. Stir 1 cup flour, add 1/4 cup sugar and 1 egg. Stir until smooth. Add flour to make stiff and set aside for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pan and press dough into 17" pan and up sides. Beat cheese, 1 cup sugar and cocoa until fluffy. Then add 3 eggs and vanilla. Pour into crust. Cook 25 minutes. Cool completely. Top with Coconut Pecan Topping.
