1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
2 tbsp. freeze-dried chives
Pinch freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. Beau Monde
3/4 tsp. caraway seeds

Mix in a small bowl. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight to enhance flavor. It will keep for several days.
