CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie shell
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
dash of pepper
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. minced green onion (substitute dash of onion powder if you prefer)

Brown ground beef; drain fat and set aside. Mix mayonnaise, eggs, milk and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, pepper and onion. Pour into pie shell.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.

This is a great recipe to double and freeze 1 for another meal!

This was quite delicious. I made it tonight and it was very creamy and cheesy. I'll definitely be making this again.
I subbed Greek yogurt for the milk. I made small pies using a muffin tin and cooked them for about 20 minutes.
