CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Cook meat and onions. Drain and spread in pie plate. Salt mixture and then sprinkle with cheese. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over meat mixture.

Bake 25 minutes at 400°F.
