IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs

Brown beef and onion. Drain and stir in salt. Spread in greased 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. Stir milk, Bisquick and eggs together with fork until blended. Pour into plate.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Yield: 8 servings.
