1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt and pepper to taste
4 oz. grated American cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 baked pie shell

Sauté onion in a little oil. Add ground beef, salt, pepper and oregano. Cook until beef is browned. Drain fat. Put meat in large mixing bowl. Add milk, catsup, bread crumbs and 3/4 of the cheese. Mix and put in baked pie shell. Mix Worcestershire sauce with remaining cheese and spread on top. Cook 20 minutes at 350°F.
