1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400°F. Grease pie plate. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle cheese. Stir remaining ingredients with a fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

Serves 4 to 6.
