1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onions (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c.milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly greased 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Cook ground beef and onions until brown, drain. Add salt and pepper. Spread in bottom of pie plate and sprinkle with cheese. Mix remaining ingredients in blender until smooth, pour over meat and cheese. Bake until brown, approximately 30 minutes.
