1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. onion
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Cook beef and onion and drain. Grease pan. Spread beef in pan. Mix other ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
