HOT CHEESE PUFFS | |
2 c. shredded sharp cheese 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. freeze dried chives 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt Mix cheese and butter. Stir in flour, chives and seasoned salt until blended, shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet, cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Yields about 3 dozen. |
