CINNAMON SWIRL COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar

Cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to the creamed mixture.

Pour half of the batter into a 10 inch greased tube pan. Mix together the chopped nuts, cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle half this nut mixture over the batter in the pan. Add rest of batter and sprinkle rest of nut mixture on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
