CINNAMON SWIRL COFFEE CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix 1 box vanilla pudding (instant) 3/4 c. water 1/2 c. oil 1/2 pt. sour cream 4 eggs Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease Bundt or tube pan. Mix all ingredients together. Beat well until smooth. Mix together 2 tablespoons cinnamon, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Layer half of cake mix into pan, put half of cinnamon mix next; pour remaining cake mix and end with cinnamon. Take knife and swirl around blending both mixtures. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. Cool and remove from pan. This makes a large and moist cake. Serves 12-16. |
