BUTTERMILK PIE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. buttermilk
pinch of salt
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs; combine with buttermilk. Add remaining ingredients (except pie shell). Blend well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 275°F for 10 minutes. Increase to 350°F and bake 50 minutes more.
