NO BAKE BLUEBERRY PIE | |
1 baked pie shell 4 c. blueberries 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. water 1 tbsp. butter Cook 2 cups blueberries with sugar, salt, cornstarch and water over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat, add butter and cool. Put remaining 2 cups berries in baked pie shell and pour sauce over all. May serve plain or topped with whipped cream. |
