NO BAKE CARAMEL PIE 
1 (9-inch) baked pie crust (can use crumbs)
1 or 2 bananas, sliced
2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 container Cool Whip, defrosted

Remove paper from around cans of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk. Put in deep pan and add water to cover cans completely. Keep water level over cans. Boil over medium heat for 3 hours. After 1 1/2 hours, turn cans over. Let cans cool to touch after removing from water.

Slice bananas in bottom of baked pie crust. Spoon Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk which has carameled over sliced bananas. Spoon defrosted Cool Whip over caramel. Leave out bananas if desired.

I make this every year and it's awesome! I never used the bananas, I might try that next time. My husband loves to get every bit of caramel out of the cans lol
