GERMAN CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend on low speed cake mix, coconut, butter and 1 egg, just until crumbly mixture. Press lightly into ungreased 13"x9"x2" pan (or two 8"x8"x2" pans). Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread with spatula over cake mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until center is set (thick). Cool.

Hand stir sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla until smooth. Spread over cake. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
