GERMAN CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. butter, softened
2 egg whites
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, blend cake mix, butter and 2 egg whites on low speed until mixture is crumbly. Press very lightly into an ungreased pan 13 x 9 inches. Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cake mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla until smooth. Spread over cheesecake. Cool. Refrigerate 8 hours. Let sit at room temperature 1/2 hour before cutting. Serves 20.
