1 stick butter, sweet 1 egg 1 tsp. baking powder 2/3 c. sugar 2 c. flour Combine crust ingredients, press in greased spring form with 2 inch high edges. TOPPING: 2 lb. sour cream 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 lg. vanilla pudding (the cooking kind) Combine topping ingredients, pour on top of crust. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, at 350 degrees until golden brown. |
