12 slices bacon (crisp & crumbled)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned
1 c. chopped broccoli
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, onion, mushrooms and broccoli in plate.

Beat the remaining ingredients in a blender. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
