12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2.

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 2 minutes with hand beater. Pour over bacon, cheese and onions. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before you serve.
