12 slices bacon, cooked crispy
1 c. shredded cheese (American or Cheddar)
1 tbsp. minced onions, dried
2 c. milk
1 c. Jiffy baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

You may use roasted sausage or ham cubed in place of bacon. Oven, 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle in meat and cheese. Mix all other ingredients in the blender 1 minute. High, pour over meat and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until done when cut in the middle. Keeps well in the refrigerator. Serves 4 to 6.
