12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Sprinkle first 3 ingredients in greased pie pan (1 large or 2 small). Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over other and bake at 400°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
