ZUCCHINI - PARMESAN IMPOSSIBLE

3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 lg. onion, cut in thin wedges
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together zucchini, onion, Parmesan cheese, oil, Bisquick, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Turn into greased, deep dish 9 inch pie plate. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
