1 lb. browned hamburger
4 slices chopped onion, large
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 slices tomato, optional
2 c. shredded cheese, cheddar (other)

Fry together beef, onions, salt and pepper. Drain excess fat. Put beef mixture in bottom of greased pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs for 1 minute. Pour milk mixture on top of beef. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees (glass pan, 375 degrees). Top with tomatoes and cheese and bake 5-8 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes.
