ANNE'S IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER
PIE
 
1 lb. ground beef, lean
1 1/2 c. onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 sliced tomatoes
1 c. Cheddar or American cheese, shredded
Sprayed or greased 10x1 1/2" glass pie plate

Cook beef and onion together on low. Drain. Spread into greased or sprayed 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Beat together eggs, salt and pepper. Stir in Bisquick and blend well. Pour into plate on top of meat mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Serve.
