1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 stick butter
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut
nutmeg

In blender, combine all ingredients except nutmeg. Pour into a 10 inch pie plate, sprinkle with nutmeg, and bake at 350°F for 55 minutes. When it is done, you will have a crust on the bottom with a custard like pie. Serve warm or cold.
