1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4-inches. Beat all ingredients until smooth (1 minute). Pour into plate.

Bake until knife comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
