1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. onion
1 c. cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown hamburger and onion; add salt and pepper. Put in the bottom of 9 inch pie pan; cover with the cheese. Mix the milk, eggs, and Bisquick in a separate bowl, then pour over the top of the cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
