LOW CAL IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE | |
1/4 c. butter (soften) 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. light evaporated skimmed milk (Pet light) Mix together then add 3/4 cup flour mix, then add 2 cups of canned pumpkin then beat. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. It will make its own neat crust. |
