COCONUT IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 well beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
7 oz. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat sugar, flour, eggs and milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into well-greased 9-inch pie pan.

Bake at 350°F until firm.
