IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE 
2 cups fresh milk
1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup butter
4 eggs
1-1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease pie plate or pan (9 or 10 inch). Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed 16 seconds. Pour into pie pan and bake 50 to 55 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
