IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. melted butter
Pinch salt
1 c. coconut

Combine all together; mix well. Pour into 2 lightly greased pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
