IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 - 1 c. coconut

Blenderize eggs, Bisquick, butter, vanilla, milk and sugar. Add coconut. Pour mixture into a lightly greased and floured pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Test with knife.
