SMOKED SAUSAGE SANDWICHES 
2 lbs. of Polish sausage (Kielbasa)
2 med. onions
6 potatoes, sliced

Fry all ingredients in large skillet, seasoning with desired spices, salt, pepper, season salt, garlic salt.

Place cooked sausage on a large roll - French or hard roll and put potatoes and onions on top of sausage. Add mustard or ketchup on top if desired.
